The original Navitimer was 41mm and remained so for decades or at least very close. IIRC they didn’t change the dimensions to 43 until after Sicura bought out Breitling. The Sinn 903 is more in keeping with the original 806 than most of the Sicura Navitimers except for the 806 reissue which is also 41mm.That being said, the Sinn is a better tool and a better buy.
